*CLOSED* Giveaway – Lendperk Product Review & Giveaway

Lendperk-Giveaway

It’s an awesome Thursday! Why you ask? Because we have a GIVEAWAY! We were approached by a new rental apparel website named Lendperk to select 2 dresses of both of our choices to review for you guys. Of course you all know that we LOVE clothes, especially free ones. So we jumped on the opportunity to try out a new site and review for one lucky winner to win a FREE MONTH rental from Lendperk!!!

So take a look at our Reviews and How to Enter the GIVEAWAY at the bottom of the Post:

Val’s Review

Choice #1: Modcloth Novel Belle Dress

I got the Modcloth dress in Medium, it truly runs true to size and the soft fabric was extremely comfortable to the touch.  Drawn to the unique, creative print and overall retro feel, I instantly felt like I had stepped right out of an episode of Mad Men. Of course, I added tights and the peep toe heels I’ve had FOREVER for more retro flair and finished with a wonderful little short sleeve trench coat. (Perfect for almost every season in Houston)

Choice #2: BCBG Raya Pleated Lace Dress

I loved the hard meets soft style of the French Connection dress I originally selected…the colors were neutral with just enough beading detail that gave the dress just a touch of edge.  I got the dress in my usual size 6 but the bust runs a little small and I’m busty for my size, so luckily Nikki was able to fit it. So we swapped out dresses!  And the BCBG dress was PERFECT for me….I felt like a glamour girl with the vibrant color and lace/pleated details.  Too think I wasn’t crazy about the idea of the dress either and boy was I wrong.

Nikki’s Review

Choice #1: Warehouse Paneled Pleated Dress

Nikki in Warehouse Paneled Pleated Dress

The Warehouse dress I picked out in a size 6 spoke to my style at first glance. From the edgy structured top to the paneled pleats, it truly was a Boy meets Girl look that I absoluteness loved on. I did have a little trouble getting into the dress because the sizing does run a little small to size but there was no denying that this was an edgy take on a true statement dress for those of us that would like an option other than the infamous Bodycon dress.

Choice #2: French Connection Dress with Arrow Beading

I originally selected the BCBG Max Azria dress in a size 6 (Seen on Val) to try a more feminine look for a change, but once Val had problems with her French Connection dress we just switched. What a great switch! Even though I didn’t even notice this dress, but my style perfectly. With the corset top and beading details still catering to my feminine side, the flair of the bottom skirt made me literally want to dance any and everywhere. French Connection runs small but the size 6 worked for me since I’m average busted.

Overall Review: All dresses were sent to us in excellent condition and even arrived with special treats in each package.  The return of the dresses were simple as well since all labels and packaging were included. All we had to do was simply package and mail once your rental term is over, which we were given a reminder alert. We had complications with the sizes of the dresses but that is a common issue if you order anything online. GREAT customer service and website overall.
